Crack the Code: What Great Teammates do Differently with Kari Chiappetta
Great teamwork isn’t about everyone working, communicating, or thinking the same way. It’s about recognizing what the people around you need to do their best, and being willing to adapt how you show up as a teammate.
In this interactive session, participants will explore what they need from others to be successful, how those needs can differ from person to person, and what it really means to be a responsive and effective teammate. Then it’s time to put those ideas to the test!
Participants will head into an escape room where communication, problem-solving, leadership, listening, and collaboration will play out in real time. Following the challenge, we’ll unpack what happened: Who stepped up? Who stepped back? How did the team communicate? Did people notice what others needed? And what helped or got in the way of the team’s success?
It’s a chance to talk about teamwork, experience teamwork, and then take a closer look at how you actually show up when the pressure is on.
