SHIFT Young Professionals is pleased to present SHIFT Talks & Networking, an evening designed to help young professionals build confidence, make meaningful connections, and learn from community leaders across different sectors.

Presented by IG Wealth Management, this event will feature three short talks from local leaders who will share insights drawn from their own professional journeys, followed by a networking skills session led by Michael Nitz, Regional Vice President with IG Wealth Management. Attendees will then have the opportunity to put those ideas into practice through a guided speed networking session.

Whether you are new to networking or looking to sharpen your approach, this event is designed to be approachable, practical, and engaging.
