Window Cleaning Technician

We are looking to add to our team of local professional window cleaners!

We are a growing company with a strong reputation for both high quality service and safety culture. There can be great opportunities for advancement within our company for the right candidate.

Clearview services many large commercial buildings using a variety of methods including traditional window cleaning (ladder/squeegee), water fed poles up to 60 ft, ariel lifts and rope access as well as a large number of residential properties of all sizes and scopes.  As well, we service many small businesses including restaurants, grocery stores and various storefronts on a weekly, biweekly or monthly scheduled basis all year round. 

The ideal candidate MUST;

• Feel comfortable working at heights
• Have a valid G2 driver's license at minimum
• Be self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions (sun, rain, snow)
• Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and problem solving skills
• Follow directions well and take responsibility for daily operations
• Be eager to learn and embrace challenges

Other responsibilities include ensuring a positive experience for our clients and fellow staff. Ensuring quality control, completing necessary tasks for job completion and actively participating in our safety program etc.
