Dog Lake Resort is nestled on the sparkling shores of Dog Lake surrounded by gorgeous sand beaches, pristine Northwestern Ontario forest and the Canadian Shield rock cuts.

We are a 5-Star Wilderness Vacation Fishing Resort, taking great pride in catering to families, outdoor enthusiasts and sportsmen/women alike since 1947.

Constructed with our guests' comfort in mind, Dog Lake Resort resort features nine contemporary and spacious one-bedroom and two-bedroom log cabins, surrounded by tasteful decor. Our cabins have a breathtaking lake view and provide all amenities you will need for your stay.

At Dog Lake Resort, we appreciate that RV camping can be the most enjoyable way to spend family time & take pleasure in the great outdoors. Our more than 100 seasonal serviced campsites are tailored to meet and exceed your expectations.

Dog Lake has over 500 miles of shoreline and is made up of countless bays, islands and reefs. It is nourished by the almighty Dog River and East River systems creating the ideal environment for world class Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, Northern, Whitefish, and Yellow Perch fishing. The Dog River runs over forty miles with spectacular scenery and endless opportunities to land that 'Big One'!

Enjoying the vast and beautiful Dog Lake to its full potential requires time on the water, and if you don't already have a boat, we can help you out! We offer simple canoes if you just want a relaxing paddle, a series of motorboats to search for the best fishing on the lake, and even fully equipped houseboats!
