Charmaine McCraw is an Anishinaabe-Kwe from Biigtigong Nishnaabeg and Chief Operating Officer of ORIGIN, an Indigenous-led organization advancing economic reconciliation through immersive learning, workforce development and culturally grounded education. With more than 15 years of experience in Community Economic and Social Development, Charmaine provides strategic and operational leadership across ORIGIN, aligning people, programs and partnerships to create sustainable impact. Her expertise includes Indigenous engagement, workforce development, ethical leadership, experiential learning and emerging technologies. A strategist, facilitator and TEDx speaker, Charmaine has advised governments, led community-driven research and collaborated with First Nations, educators, employers and industry.
